First off; no room service menus; had to go down to lobby. Then I called to place order- no one answered. I had to go down and place and then wait for my order. Brought it back to room- wrong order. Brought it back. The following night- and the ONLY reason booked this hotel was for the rooftop experience for sundown...- they closed it for a private event for 3 hrs- no one told us this was going to happen and staff had no knowledge . Went to take hot shower- no hot water. This place is basic and for the cost NOT WORTH IT.

This place is a dump. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their name on it. The elevator service was horrible. My 90 yr old mother had to walk down 7 flights of stairs to get out of there. The rooms are dark and run down. You can do better.

Most important, the staff was professional, thoughtful, and attentive. Quality service is what made the visit enjoyable, from the front desk team, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. The location was excellent, and ease of access very good. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well the coffee!!
