Filthy property

Walked into an unclean rental. The Landings make you fill out paperwork for you and all of your guests (over the top), thinking it’s a reputable place and then we arrive to a washing machine full of dirty laundry, dirty linens on the beds, no toilet paper, no clean towels or rugs (maybe all dirty in washing machine?) no soap, limited supplies in kitchen, no garbage bags. It’s like the previous guests tried to be helpful and the cleaning crew decided not to show up. We call the Emergency number and they said they could have someone out THE NEXT DAY to clean it. We only had it for Friday and Saturday night, so left the filth and went to stay at a hotel in Concord. Unfortunately this was my first experience with VRBO and probably my last. Did not need that stress to start an important weekend. Would rather have the reliability of Hilton and Marriott and know they can accomodate their guest properly. Thanks for nothing! I filed a complaint with VRBO and The Landings for a full refund.
