Valet is a nightmare from the first day. They lost our car and I had to go up with them after 30 minutes to try and find it. I finally found it. They apologized and said that they wouldn’t charge us for the issues. I literally just got charged the full amount. They also said they would give us points for the issue and I haven’t been able to reach management to confirm since we left. I emailed them to call me and still no call. We finally got our car back after 45 minutes and me physically finding it and demanding they bring up all the Kia keys so I could finally leave.

From check in to check out it was a 5 star experience. We used to live in Charlotte and this is a new hotel since we’ve been there so first stay. My wife is very picky about hotels and this is going to be our go-to anytime in area again. Spotless room very spacious and such a comfortable bed. We wanted to extend our stay but had to get home. Restaurants in hotel also have amazing food and the hospitality is top notch. We went to a panthers game and otherwise just wanted to stay on property. Can’t wait to go back when have more time to enjoy property.
