JW Charlotte exceeded our expectations on our trip. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs during our stay. The staff even were so gracious to provide us with a complimentary dessert and champagne for our anniversary! I loved that with the rewards program we were afforded free admission to the museums in the area and received a credit for meals in the hotel. We were amazed by all the restaurants available within the hotel and the food was delicious. We also appreciated having our room cleaned during our stay which we have realized is not as common as it was prior to Covid. In all, we enjoyed our stay and intend to stay here again whenever we visit Charlotte and have/will recommend this hotel to others.

Outstanding hotel… and staff overall. At 6 am i couldnt get coffee from deans so they snuck me upstairs to the 2nd floor to take care of my needs. Food was outstanding at deans and oyster bar and pool. Outstanding being The only two things u could improve on is that the pool was really cold… suprising. Also, the staff at the pool bar seemed really unorganized. Needs improvement. All the other staff was outstanding though. We will definitely return to the JW Marriott. Thank you.
