we had to cancel our trip due to weather related ice storm even though we didnt purchase extra protection. talking with the hyatt which was aware that the area had weather issues didnt offer anything stating that was there policy. so in the future we will not be using the Hyatt as a place to say. we felt that some reimbursement partial, or future accommodation could have been offered. we will not stay there again in our future visits which will be more.

The beds were awful, myself and both of my grown daughters woke up almost every hour through the night because of how uncomfortable the mattresses were. Literally the worst we have ever experienced. We travel 50 days a year between us at least , so to be the worst speaks for itself.

The bathroom art had water stains on the glass, everything else was satisfactory. East access to downtown, valet parking of car which was not cheap but able to use car in & out. Comfortable beds, pillows and toiletries.
