The state itself was great, the room was a little bit of the issue. The floors were just not cleaned or sweat lots of debris all over the place. Not enough towels and washcloths in the room. But the location was great. The amenities were great with lots of things to do within 20 minutes of this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! We decided to fly in and not rent a car, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located near so many amenities — we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The stadium, our main destination, was an easy walk, and there was even a Harris Teeter nearby for anything we needed. Great location and a comfortable stay overall!

Special shout out to Salma who let us check in early after an early am flight - certainly not a given but greatly appreciated. Thanks, too, to the cleaner who got our room ready so early! Wish I knew who you were. All staff were friendly, helpful. Hotel was clean & well taken care of. Room was spacious, clean, lots of storage. Perfect for 5 nights. Will be our “go to” hotel for Charlotte!

Room double booked

My room was already occupied upon my arrival. They had to give me the spare room. When they rebooked me (because of my originally booked room already having been occupied) they decreased the duration of my stay without telling me, so I was told to check out one day earlier in the middle of my shower. I rectified it with the front desk after much proving of my original booking. Even after showing them the proof, they said “we’ll just have to take you at your word”. This was a horrible check in and check out process. No coordination. No one knew anything.

We had one towel in the bathroom and 2 guests. In the morning most of the breakfast was gone with an hour left in breakfast service with no forks. The veiw and staff were nice but I was disappointed that my room was $250 for the night and this was the experience.
