We loaded our luggage on the luggage cart, only to learn afterwards that it had a flat tire. So we had to unload it onto a different luggage cart. As I passed the front desk, I told them the luggage cart in the vestibule had a flat tire, and they should either fix it or get it out of there so people don’t load it in vain. We checked out this morning and loaded our luggage on the same cart with the flat tire. Suggestion fellon deaf ears. The phone in the room was not working, so we had to go down to the front desk to order more towels. They never delivered them. 90 minutes later we went down again to request them. They handed us the towels on the spot. The kitchen staff forgot my simple order of hot milk. She came out after 10 minutes and it wasn’t hot. She brought it back to heat it and forgot. I waited and waited, until I finally walked over by the kitchen to inquire. The bartender was apologetic, and said “she got distracted.” I had a scheduled call with colleagues at 7:30 PM. I tried getting on the Internet in my room from 7 o’clock, and all I got was an oops message. Finally, I went downstairs to the reception desk (because the phone in the room was still not working), and was told that there was no Internet for the rest of the day because the storm had come through, and there was a blackout. I had to do my Zoom call outside by the pool patio in the cold, because I had to run off of my cellular data. Very surprised, disappointed for a Doubletree Hotel. Never again.

I recently stayed at this DoubleTree and was disappointed with the overall experience. The front desk staff during check-in was unwelcoming and unprofessional. The male staff member assisting us appeared disengaged, carried on side conversations with other employees, and was dismissive when questions were asked. The only positive interaction we had was with the night desk attendant, who was courteous and helpful. The room itself was average at best, and the shower floor was visibly dirty. This experience does not align with the standards I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this location and would suggest travelers consider other options where guests are treated with basic respect.

Well it wasn't the best stay. The WiFi didn't work not once, the DirecTV had limited stations and often had poor connection. No microwave in the rooms, have to wait to use the one in the lobby.

There was only one person to check in and that was annoying being that there was three people ahead of me checking in as well. Getting off the road , you just want to get some rest and that was a delay for me. Also, it wasn’t as cleaned as I would’ve liked . Usually , Hilton hotels are pretty on point , idk if it was just my particular room or what. Lastly , I called for some extra towels , they said they would bring some up. No one ever showed up. I figured it was okay because I would just call again in the am. I called in the morning and and they told me that there was no one available to bring some up from housekeeping . I just don’t understand why that is ? I thought there was always a member of housekeeping available? I was just a little annoyed this experience at the doubletree

Got there at 4:30 to check in and they weren't even sure our room was going to be ready. After confirming it was, we get in and there was still hair in the shower and the room was extremely outdated. There was no back up toilet paper in our room. Water pressure in the sink was barely anything and the shower as well. The toilet did not flush unless you flushed it five times literally. We will absolutely not be coming back to this hotel ever again.

Staff was kind and helpful. The rooms are okay, bed is really comfortable but the rooms are quite cold and sterile feeling. The bathroom had a weird crooked vent and wasnt 100% sure when the last thorough deep clean was. Overall acceptable for a short stay to be near the airport.
