Juan, at the front desk, was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. Keep him. He's an asset to your business. All was great during my stay. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, safe and well lit property as well. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. And the breakfast and dining area were clean and comfortable. Overall our stay was great! The hotel is in the middle of renovations while trying to accommodate guests so certain parts of the hotel were dirty from construction. That being said our room was spotless and all employees that we interacted with were great!
