The desk agent was certainly not welcoming. When we approached the desk to check in. The agent chose to take a phone call while failing to acknowledge our presence. We had to wait for about 5 minutes while he talked with the person while totally ignoring us. He didn't even extend the courtesy to apologize for the wait after his conversation. This discourteous and dismissive behavior was also again exhibited in my interactions after He called for me to have my card again validated for incidental charges for the Monday night stay.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very varied, but they have the highest pet fee we saw on the trip. We are a family of four, and they charged us more for our pet's stay than for us, and we were only there for one night. On this trip, we stayed at three other hotels (one at Disney World), and none of them were so expensive. That's why we didn't stay with them again on our return.
