Staff had not sense of urgency, didn’t provided options to alleviate that situation, and still the issue was not resolved the next day. My stay was great the staff was outstanding My only recommendations is that both Hotels should receive free breakfast they're both by Marriott and also upgrading the TV apps. If you bring your own Streaming device you should be able to use it considering the available apps you have to choose from is only 2. Other than that nice stay
