Very nice hotel I was very impressed older hotel but very very nice on the inside rooms were very impressively nice and the young lady that drove us all to the AC/DC concert July 11th to 2026 was absolutely amazing I think she needs a raise she works very hard and good at her job all the staff were very nice and very helpful if I ever go back that's what I will stay

Good staff but the hotel is so old, linen was clean but no longer white, the lift and hallways hot hot like sauna with some old blanket smell, the Ac was blowing some roach smell and the bathroom has no exteactor, there was shortage of key cards for rooms

Not a bad room to spend the night in at all! Very simple. Had a lot of keycard issues, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and understanding. The shuttle staff were all very kind and helpful as well!

It is the run down, neglected side of a partner Radisson. There is a 15 degree temperature difference when leaving the Radisson lobby, since you can not check in on the old Red Lion lobby as theybhave the door locked...safety? Crap hole.

This place is very dated. The room smelled of tobacco smoke. The room was spacious but the bathroom was small. I asked the front desk person if it was safe to stay there because of the location and the appearance of the hotel. Hallways and elevators were hot but the room was cold.
