Room was clean, however the hotel itself has very little amenities. Claims to be a Non Smoking facility, but there was a smell of pot throughout the entire hotel, inside and out. When we were checking in there was someone that yelled “bang” then ran into the elevator, seeing on the camera that the individual was under the influence. As soon as the sun went down, the 3rd floor balcony was littered with women dressed inappropriately. Can’t forget to mention the immense amount of traffic throughout the night.

For the price, it is hard to complain. However, the place reeked of old cigarette smoke. Since it is a "no-smoking" property, this must be very old. They really need to replace the hall carpeting. The bricks out front are loose - a trip hazard. The staff was not very friendly. Finally, for guests on the third floor, there is no stairway to/from the landing, so if you happened to be there at the time of an emergency, your choices would be to take the elevator or jump. This is not very reassuring.

My stay was horrible. The hotel is obviously a drug trafficking location! I actually saw a transaction occur on the 3rd floor, near the elevator! Also. There are families with small children living there! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing wrong with the staff, just that they were behind a glass so you could tell that the place was ghetto so this review is not about them. They accomated my late check-in and the gentlemen who I spoke to on the phone to help was kind. Now the place, sketchy area, smelled of substance and I am not a smoker so I only stayed 2 hours despite my late check-in. Caution tape over one of the rooms, sketchy men looking at me in the hallway as a solo traveling girl. The light in my room didnt turn on but I was so freaked out by the men in the hallway that I didnt go downstairs, that's how unsafe this place feels. It is the hotel location so I am sure they can only do so much, so book at your own risk.

If you like slumming, stay here

We were greeted like convicts. Clerk behind plexiglass who as cold as a dead fish. Not welcoming at all. Another customer at the window was complaining about his key not working again. Sketchy looking people outside. Kids running around. Smell of weed. Afraid to park. Then went into the room. Smelled moldy. Bathtub shower horrible. Shower kept turning off. No coffee maker. Horrible curtains that didn’t close properly. Tub horrible, blankets full of burn holes . Cigarette marks everywhere. Room was not cleaned at all after first day. Terrible.

Where to begin: The outside of the hotel was tattooed in weird stains. It was completel filthy. When checking in, I was asked “How many kids?” Ok fine. Seems standard I guess. But then “How old are the kids?” That weirded me out. What do the ages matter?? To add to the creepiness, he personally wrote down their ages, he didn’t put them in a specific place on an official document. When we got to the hallway to go to our room, the carpeting was absolutely FILTHY and uneven. It was some sort of weird square pattern. The hallways and our room reeked of cigarettes despite being a “SMOKE FREE FACILITY”. The air conditioning in our room was loud and barely worked. It also went in and out, sometimes not working at all. The room was right next to the highway aka very loud. Cherry on top: When our son got into bed, he shrieked. Why? There was a freaking used band aid in the bed. A BAND AID. Absolutely repulsing.

Would not even recommend to my worst enemy.

The parking lot has drug deals happening right in front of us. The office and rooms had a over powering smell of disinfectant cleaner to the point of nausea.Small children were running around the parking lot at all hours of the day and night.Overall dirtiness throughout. Over 1/2 of the property looked to be at various states of construction or demolition.

I booked the room the day before not knowing that I'd have to wait until 3PM that afternoon when I had my daughter with me and had to sleep outside and wait outside for my room. Came back at 3PM and still had to wait another hour and 30mins to get my room which should have been ready at 3PM. Then I was expected to be out the room at 11AM. That is not fair at all..
