Located right off of Rt 1, directly across from beautiful Ninigret Pond and only 2 miles to the local beaches. Large patio with large grill for grilling. Outdoor furniture to dine or indulge in the beautiful skyline at night. There are 3 large bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, and separate dining room, comfortable cozy living room with large windows to soak in the water views. There is a 2 car garage and additional parking behind the house. Plenty of back yard for basketball and outdoor activities.
