The room does feel neglected indeed!!! It is dirty and it smells like nothing but smoke and weed up in there. Several mysterious marks, stains, dirts, and grime can be spotted throughout the “nicer” rooms— I’m afraid to see the cheaper housing. If you are reading this, I bet you would NOT have stayed in that room with your children. The walls are covered in questionable stains and the flooring is noticeably disregarded. I would not— at any cost— trust the sheets in this establishment. I was repulsed, at first glance, stepping into our assigned room after discovering their ‘no refund’ policy. I would most certainly rate 0/5 stars of I could. Unfortunately, we had to suck it up and stay there due to time constrains and their no refund policy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, unless you are used to worse of course.

The first room they put me in the smoke detector was constantly beeping and the room was in terrible shape (broken floor tiles, tv didn't work, door lock didn't work well). They moved me to a new room which was slightly better but the door lock still didn't work well. The room was dirty especially under the TV. I noticed multiple roaches as well.

Very Loud music being blasted from a car in the parking lot for over an hour on Friday and Saturday morning. This hotel needs a security guard.
