The first room they gave us the room key won’t work. Next room I pulled the covers down and there was a cockroach on the bed. They did move us to another room but they weren’t too concerned about the bug. Our last night I opened the shower door and there was also a cockroach. I will not be staying at that hotel again

We did not eat breakfast. Parking lot was convenient and felt safe. The mattress on the right side of the bed was not comfortable, not good support for sleeping. Everything else about our stay was great, but will definitely check the condition of the mattress on our next stay.

Excellent stay! Tru by Hilton Charleston Airport is our go to places to stay when visiting Charleston! Our rooms were clean,and very nice. The staff was courteous and the continental breakfast was great! No issues to report. We will be returning.
