Everything was fine until my wife went to take a shower at 5:30 am. We couldn’t get the hot water to work. Luckily… Your front desk staff found us another vacant room that did work. We also did not have a coffee maker. Once again the front desk staff came to the rescue. So far so good.

The back door lock and door mechanism was broken; anybody can walk inside. Staff was overall helpful. Some seemed stressed and others unhappy, others fine; probably the nature of the biz, pay, or harsh management. Breakfast was fine, but a healthier variety and a longer time window would help. Really liked my room with kitchenette. Didn't know where climate control was, so we froze the first night until my wife accidentally found it. Parking lot needs better lighting for sure. It felt better than the climate at Comfort Inn on Bee St, but still had that low budget hotel kind of feel with the vibe I got.

We stayed here two years ago and thought it was good. The hotel needs maintenance. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Cracked ceramic tiles. Old dirty carpet. Overall not clean. Dingy and unkempt. I poured milk into my cereal at the breakfast buffet and it was curdled. Won’t stay here again

Don’t stay here unless you want a teeny room with no place to put your luggage, one small towel rack, a hallway with a bed at the end, a cockroach, internet service that went on and off repeatedly, rug cleaning that sounded like a huge floor sander up till 9:30 at night, sheets that were too big for the mattress so they kept sliding off and all around, and something gross on the sheets. Of course, no one on site could do anything about anything. It was in a nice enough location and it wasn’t filthy so that’s a good thing.

The room was smelly, also the door makes an awful noise when you open and close it. The amount of money you charge you should also have higher quality of mattress and Sheets, comforter. Honestly the only thing I personally enjoyed was your breakfast.
