Hotel located well! Very nice facility. Staff was great. Housekeeper was outstanding. Only hang up was limited pool access due to several private events keeping fully paid patrons from using at peak hours.

Room and staff are great. Only had two full days/nights access to pool due to being closed 5 times for private events. If I’m paying full room rate should be credited back somehow for being blocked out. Housekeeper was great!

Great hotel in the middle of downtown Charleston. Very walkable area. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Valet parking rate at $60 a night is our only compliant. I think its way too much to charge guests $60 a night for parking and then have to add gratuities on top of that. We liked the hotel and choose it because it also had a pool, restaurant, bar and mini market. We did use all of those and we enjoyed those amenities.
