Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay on Spring Street. Easy walk to the restaurants we booked and plenty of room in the house. We loved that each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom attached for each couple. We didn't use the courtyard but there is nice outdoor space available.Our favorite meal of the trip – and just a 5 minute walk from the house – was at Vern's. Other delicious dining options nearby we enjoyed were By the Way and Darling Oyster Bar. Easy communication, and we even stored out luggage when we arrived since the house was not yet ready.Would stay here again!

We were a group of four women staying at The Manor 93A by Guesthouse. It was perfect - nice location, overall very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They did a great job rehabbing the place keeping the character but with modern amenities. Communications with the owner were excellent. If I had to find something bad about it - my only complaint was there were not cocktail glasses, a shaker or music. The outdoor seating was a little dirty as well. Overall I would definitely go back.

Beautiful Property

This was a really beautiful place to stay and very convenient. Easy walking to King street with all the shops and eateries. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. It is kid friendly with a few adjustments. We put the pretties up. We would definitely rent again!
