The downstairs unit of a duplex features a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and thoughtful details that work well for couples, families, wedding guests, and friend groups. The home is single-level — no stairs inside the unit — and includes central air, dedicated workspace, and a private patio for morning coffee.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have private access to the entire downstairs unit. Parking is for one car only in the driveway (larger vehicles may be a tight fit). Please keep the driveway clear and be considerate of the upstairs tenants. Your door code will be sent on arrival day — check yourself in anytime after 4 PM with the keypad, 24/7.

Home was very clean. We walked to king street for food and ice cream. Reviews said drive way is tight so we took our daughters jeep instead of our suv. So glad we did. Beds were so comfortable! Owner was quick to check on us and get back to me!

We had an amazing trip! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host made our experience even better by being so responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
