We paid extra to have a balcony room. The balcony is the size of a window box. No chairs on the balcony. We happened to have two chairs in the car. When we put the chairs on balcony, next to each other, we couldn’t even open the door.

Room was not very clean, TV internet did not work, and when the engineer came to fix it he gave me a number to call instead of fixing it. Housekeeper came to make up the room at 8:45 and we weren’t ready. She asked if I wanted clean towels, which I took, but then the room didn’t get cleaned up at all.

Lots of stuff not working. (phone, lamp, refridgerator) , so I had them switch us to another room. Second room TV failed for 1.5 days, bed not made up, couldn't turn down fan on A/C, dresser drawer sliding open. No manager on-site & local staff a bit overwhelmed by all the issues - so was I. Overall seemed clean and staff friendly and polite.

The room was dirty. Dirt in corners and on top of baseboards etc... Black mold in shower under crudely caulked soap dishes and seams along shower walls. Ceiling in shower looks like black mold was just painted over and is starting to grow through again. Maid service just made-up beds and replenished towels. Hair left all over bathroom sink and counters and floor visibly dirty. Bugs in sink. Informed the front desk about bugs and mold. She said, "We live here around water and that's what we live with." Breakfast tasteless and sparse. Not a lot of selection.

No problems. There were only 2 washcloths for 4 people. We had to go down ti the front desk for a hair dryer as there wasn’t one in our room. Calling down did not work as the line was always busy.
