Discover Charleston charm with a modern touch at Azaleas on Spring – Suite A! This stylish retreat offers a spacious layout and a welcoming front porch. Just 2.5 blocks from King Street it is the perfect for exploring the city's best dining, shopping, and nightlife.





PLEASE NOTE: The home is a triplex consisting of three completely separate Suites—A, B, and C—which are not connected internally and there are no shared indoor spaces. Each Suite has its own entrance and dedicated outdoor space.





This listing is for Suite A – the entire ground floor.

The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• This home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suites B & C are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors. They are not connected internally and there are no shared spaces on the property.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of this.



• Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.



• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras on the property. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.

What a perfect location for visiting downtown, Sullivan's Island, the Folly Beach area and points to the North. There are lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy walk to downtown if you like to walk. Azalea was one of the cleanest places I've stayed at, and the decor made it so peaceful.Tom and Hannah were so prompt answering questions and so friendly. I would love to stay here again.

The parking was very easy although it was a compact space (but we knew that going in.) And the location was ideal as King St. was so close. We like to walk anyway. The apartment was immaculate and well-appointed. We enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. And I like having the laundry facilities.

A GRACIOUS INTRO TO CHS!This VRBO exceeded all our expectations. Provided the perfect base for our first visit to CHS. Handsomely appointed with tasteful art and every possible amenity. Our hosts anticipated every need and were extremely responsive. Plus the Southern character of the charming neighborhood and easy parking enhanced the experience. We preferred the space and privacy to our usual 5 star hotel. Thank you Tom and Hannah.

Really did enjoy the location just down the road from the top of King Street as well as how nice the place was. One pretty significant issue was the noise from above. Neighbors noise was pretty prevalent anytime somebody was walking across the floor. You cannot be a light sleeper for sure. Solved with some earplugs.

Beautiful, iconic Charleston place in an awesome location! We loved our stay here. Perfect for 3 couples with a bath in each bedroom and with gorgeous furnishings. We loved sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass wine. This location is amazing with excellent restaurants and things to do and see within easy walking distance. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts, always in communication with quick responses and offers to help if anything was needed. This beautiful property has my highest recommendation. Thanks again Tom and Hannah for a fabulous stay.
