I lived the room and the staff. However the room nect to mine had two vey loud people. Beati g and banging and laughing until after 2 am both night. I was there for a class ans was exhausted becuase of them waking me up all night.

1 night stay

I had a one night stay with my 8 y/o a we were flying home to lax the next morning. Check in was quick but no amenities were discussed with me, I had to wonder off to find the pool entrance for my daughter to swim. The next morning I asked about the shuttle to the airport and the person at the front desk told me next shuttle was In 15 mins to just wait out in front. The shuttle never came. I ended up ordering an uber at 7:15. The hotel is nice but definitely worn down, staff should be more informative even if it’s a 1 night stay.

Rough start, strong finish.

Booked a corner room- there are no corner rooms at the Marriott we stayed at- went to room AC broke. Front desk moved us to a higher room and comped us the 24 hr. lounge. Appreciated her attempt to make things right.
