Mangers Steven and Luc went out of their way every day to greet us and check on how our stay was going. Steven even helped us fix the alarm clock in our room that went off at 4am our first night. Even the maintenance man greeted me! Great group of team members at this location. We were shocked to find out that Drury not only provides a free breakfast, but dinner too! Considering how busy the Labor Day weekend was, the dining area was kept clean. Outdoor pool area was a nice place to kick back and read a book.
This location should be used as a training place for Drury Plaza Hotels.

Loved the location, the size, customer service and the evening kickbacks were a nice touch.
The service, staff, cleanliness, friendliness, food and location was all excellent. EXCELLENT! The air conditioning in our room (#236) was sounding a little rough and loud and the women’s bathrooms by the kick back event in the evening was sort of gross, but was exceptionally clean the next day. Could have been just a one time thing! We will definitely consider Drury Hotels in the future!
I found this place perfectly fine. I liked being away from the chaos of Charleston and it was easy to park. Clean and attractive and affordable. Nobody ever cleaned our room for three nights so that was a little surprising, but it didn’t bother me all that much just unusual. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it — also kind of unusual.
I’ll be honest, when I booked this hotel, I thought it was weird it had *so many* incredible reviews. They had to be fake, right? Nope! This hotel really is just that great! Every single staff member was kind and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast are delicious. The hotel is very clean - from the common areas to the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely - shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, but no lotion just fyi. Hotel is 15 mins max to the historic downtown, very easy drive!! This was my first time staying at a Drury but it will not be my last!! 10/10 cannot recommend this property enough!
From the point of check-in to the time to depart, there were no bad reviews. The Manager on staff remembered our names and took the time to check in with us at supper that evening. Rooms were clean and had a special note from our housekeeper. All the staff were rockstars and even helped us with a few technical challenges during our time there. Continue the great services.
