Some condos have a view. Lagoon Villa 25 has a front-row seat.
Step out onto either of the two private balconies and you’re looking out over a sweeping lagoon and the 4th green of the Links Golf Course — one of Wild Dunes’ signature Tom Fazio-designed layouts. Watch the wildlife settle into the lagoon at dusk, follow the golfers through the fairway at sunrise, or simply settle in with a good book and let the Lowcountry do its thing.
Inside, Lagoon Villa 25 is comfortable and well-appointed — two bedrooms each with two queen beds and their own full bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and a layout that works beautifully for families, couples traveling together, or a multigenerational group. The Lagoon Villas community pool is just outside, and the beach is a short walk away. Bike rentals are within walking distance for those who want to explore Wild Dunes’ scenic trails.
