Smallest room ever

Booked this room for the size but ended up being the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Description says 500 sq feet. That's a lie. More like 200. Staff was excellent and breakfast was wonderful. However wanted to spread out but could not. Should have just brought my camper

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful each time you encountered them. The room was clean as expected. Even though it’s right off a major road, you couldn’t hear the noise.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The elevator was down but it was not a deal breaker. We had a big bug in our shower the first night but I didn’t see any others during our stay. I would suggest an update of carpet and bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

It was appropriate for the price. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot, fresh and varied. One elevator is down but it appears they are replacing it at the moment. Pool was clean and well maintained. One service error when I asked for new bathroom linens to be brought to my room, the front desk said they would. Then failed to follow through. Possibly a misunderstanding as I expected daily service. Apparently this is no longer normal at most hotels. If front desk could focus more on their incoming guests, I think this hotel would be spot on. All that to say my wife and I will be staying there again in the future. Mostly well done Hyatt.
