The location was perfect! King St. was literally at our front door—access to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. I’m sure this is out of the hotel’s control, but maybe the City of Charleston should reserve the first or last two floors for hotel guests and the remainder be for public parking. However, parking in the garage was easy.
Booked a king room and got put in a double queen room and no one did anything about it even though I complained multiple times. Talked to Expedia and the hotel, was told by both of them that the other was lying about why I couldn’t move to my correct room. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate
