This property was such a disappointment from check in to check out NO ROOMS were ready until exactly at 4??? Never heard this one before. 15 people all waiting for rooms so then at 4 there was a line waiting for rooms !!!!!! NEVER. RECEIVED ANY SERVICE FROM HOUSEKEEPING. Was out of room all day, had to go to front desk for clean towels !!!! Not the standards expected when staying at a Hilton property

Not so great stay

There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower. Floors were dirty. Trash was never gathered during our stay and we did not leave a sign on our door. We originally booked a double queen but was informed one was not available when we arrived so was put in a king suite and told we would be moved the next day which never happened even after requesting and reminding the next day. After waiting a while we were hungry and tired and decided to just stay in the room given. To late in the day and with a dog and not eating we needed to relax and not have to worry about changing rooms. We were on vacation, we wanted to enjoy our time, make the most of our time. Breakfast was great. Staff was courteous. I just wish they would have been more helpful. I feel like I was charged for the double queen. I was told I would be compensated for the crappy room and lack of service but so far I haven’t been. Overall it would be a lovely place to stay that is close to the beach for a family with animals. I wanted a getaway with my aging dog that had never been to the beach. I was disappointed. I hope others have a better experience.
