This house is a short walk to upper King Street, the hub of Charleston`s top restaurants and nightlife. This renovated, 2-story Charleston home is located downtown in the Elliotborough neighborhood, appointed with chic, modern decor, pops of color, and all the shiplap you could want. Enjoy the outdoor porch and patio space with plenty of room to spread out. The fully-equipped open concept kitchen includes a large dinner table. The cozy living room with a large flat screen TV, cable and wireless internet is the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring downtown Charleston. The downstairs level also includes a half bath where the washer/dryer is located.
Upstairs you’ll find 3-bedrooms one with full ensuite bathroom plus an additional full bathroom with access from the hallway.

Parking: There is no off street parking at the house, but there is free street parking in front of the house. We also offer assigned off street parking one street over from the home.

The house is located right off upper King St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan`s island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking.
Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
