Check in staff Mark was not friendly nor helpful. Asked about a cart and told they would be by the elevator. We had just come from there and they responded we have 6 I guess they are all in use. No sorry about that. No thing helpful, just seemed I was bothering him. I found in my 2 night stay that There are 3 different elevator banks that I didn’t know that we could have checked. The iron didn’t work in the room. My balcony room looked over a parking spot. Parking is extra. Should have stayed at the Marriott

Room overlooked ALL the hvac units for the entire building, and we could hear each one running, starting, stopping (the noisiest bit) all night. Booking included breakfast, advertised and even has on the menus “buffet breakfast”… they don’t do that any more apparently. We got a choice of one item.

The balcony turned out to be irrelevant due to inclement weather but the view was unimpressive. The room was not what I requested, and noisy due to lobby adjacent location. There was nothing to do in the immediate area but it wasn't inconvenient when you have a car -- but if you plan on rideshare travel, expect to spend $$$. Overall, the combo of location, price, and room location left me unsatisfied.

No one mentioned the cost of the garage upon my arrival. there is no way to park anywhere else nobody mentioned it when I asked about benefits of silver member I was told none but keep coming and you will get benefits Lying about the garage the best persons there were the waitresses at the restaurant will not go back
