Loved the personal touch at HarbourView Inn. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is tasty and good selection. Wine and cheese reception is nice along with cookies at night. Location is perfect for walking to many restaurants, carriage rides and market. Highly recommend.

Truly was the best experience. Mentioned when booking it was gonna be for my daughters Sweet 16 and the staff bought her a cake, wrote her a card AND gave her a $10 gift card from the staff. Truly the most caring staff. Full of recommendations. They do milk and cookies at night and they have all types of M&Ms available. The other amazing thing is each night you choose what you want for breakfast and what time then they deliver the breakfast to 1 of 3 locations (rooftop, your room or their atrium). The rooftop is breezy and can be a bit chilly but beautiful view of the pier. The atrium is nice because the chairs are super comfortable. You can even request the local paper to be included (free of course). Finally they always have tea, coffee and water available in the atrium as well all day. Location is perfect, staff is beyond phenomenal and the hotel is gorgeous. Also perfect for wheelchair users. It’s a disability friendly hotel.

The rooms were clean as well as the hotel. The staff pleasant and efficient. I booked a balconnette room with a view unfortunately the staff member I spoke to did not inform it would be a view of porta potties and a very noisy construction site. With a second conversation with the management we left a day early with a refund. The location is walking distance from Rainbow Row, The market and shopping. Please make sure you confirm thr type view you want

The renovation was top notch. Breakfast was tremendous. On a scale of one to ten we rated the staff at a twelve. I hate to say it but we were quite disappointed with the food in the area other than the Fleet Landing. The sidewalks were HORRIBLE as my handicapped wife could only take her mobility device on the streets. The water near the pier had a horrible methane gas smell and the pier smelled from deisel fumes from the passing ships. The aquarium was a waste of time and money. When it rains the streets flood. What happens as global warming continues and the oceans continue to rise ?

The location of the property was perfect-close to restaurants, shopping and availability of tour options. The room was clean, spacious and had a great view of the water. Breakfast was included with the room and provided both hot and warm items which you could choose to have delivered to your room, eat on the roof top or in the atrium. A hearty appetizer spread with wine was offered every day from 5- 6 PM and cookies in the evening from 9-10 PM. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would have appreciated that parking be included with our stay instead of a separate price of $42 a day. Overall, it was a great hotel.

We booked a one night stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff and accommodations couldn’t be better. They even had a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us in our room. Our overall experience was perfect and we will be back again very soon
