I was beyond surprised with the service at this property. The hotel is very nice with cute coastal aesthetics. The staff and hotel offerings regarding breakfast and happy hours which were included were beyond my expectations. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. This quaint 52 rum hotel is ideally located in downtown Charleston. It’s walking distance from all the major shopping. It’s great restaurants. The staff is incredible. Everyone was as professional, thoughtful, and very helpful. Their complementary breakfast, wine and cheese, cookies, and milk, just her icing on the cake.

The overall hospitality was exceptional. The staff appreciates your visit, and it shows. The facility is very well maintained. The free breakfast selection and service is excellent. The amenities of free wine and cheese from 5pm- 6pm and milk and cookies starting at 9 pm is the icing on the cake. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Waterfront Park is footsteps from the Inn entrance. Highly recommend!!

Classy Place!

Classy place. We stayed for just a night and I can't say enough good things about this property. The staff was super friendly, wine/cheese hour and evening cookies, the rooms were clean and fresh. Cant wait to come back to Charleston and stay here again.
