This place is truly a hidden gem. It’s our second year visiting, and we love it just as much as the first time. The staff is wonderful, and the whole atmosphere feels like home. I do miss the bikes they used to have, though.

Charming and well equipped cottage, right on the river and very walkable to the Folly Beach downtown and all of the excellent bars and restaurants. 2br/2ba Kings Tide cottage was a pleasure to stay at, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely return!

This property was the absolute cutest! The staff was amazing and the have a kitchen with access and had cookies out and popcorn and access to ice and water. Towels and chairs for the beach. Not on the beach but very easy walkable access to Folly’s. Lots to do very close by. Parking was easy enough on the street. Highly recommend because the staff was so awesome as were the amenities of the kitchen

Such an adorable place to stay! Wish we had more time but we could only stay one night but already know we will be back in the near future. The location could not be more perfect. The breakfast area and food served was nice, felt like being in someone's home. And the bed was soo comfy! And the double shower! We loved it.

Loved this spot! Great bed and breakfast! love the private entrance, the amenities in the main house, in addition to breakfast, they have beach supplies. Great spot to land after camping fot a week. Great shower, ordered take out. The neighborhood was safe and out of the way. Really clean and would definitely stay again.

Great location, close enough to walk to the beach but far away enough from the Main Street that we could sleep peacefully. Lauren was extremely nice and understanding. Breakfast was convenient and they had enough options even for dairy and gluten intolerant people. They had beach towels available and sunscreen in case you forgot your own. Although the street was busy, we never had trouble parking. Loved our stay :)

Everything is just as advertised but better. The owners put a lot of thought into making sure that all the little things you need are provided. The rooms are extra clean and well decorated with beach theme in mind. The continental breakfast was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee. They even had snacks in the evening and it was even decorated for Easter. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Folly. We are definitely looking at returning in the future.

Host was very sweet! Hooked my gf up with the only local dentist after she shattered her tooth at Rios--on hummus of all things. Room was cute and homey, bed was a bit stiff, shower had low water pressure and all but a few of the holes in the shower spout were dispensing water, furniture was outdatted and could use updating or restoration, the porch entrance was very cute, and the breakfast was really awesome.
