The check in service was great. The room is clean and comfortable. The free parking is wonderful to have. Unfortunately while we did not have internet most of our stay due to a cut cable per the staff.

Some staff are approachable and welcoming and others not. I came in friday night to check in and i was standing at the front desk for like 10 mins and looking around for the staff.. no one was there but this lady was sitting close to the minibar section and looked at me… 10 mins passed by and that same lady stood and walked up to me.. she was THE staff but not sure why she didnt say anything that she would be helping me pretty soon… maybe she was on break or busy??? But at least acknowledge me that someone will be helping me in a few minutes and not just ignore my presence. Anyways, it was really weird.

I love staying here. Easy access to downtown. Cheapest parking without having to fight for parking or walk far. Restaurant and bar located on premises. Dog friendly and you get a free yummy warm cookie at check in!

The entrance smelled like we were in a dog kennel. It smelled like dogs in the room as well. 2 rooms down from us, a guest left their dog alone in their room. The dog was barking for over an hour. IU called down to the front desk and was told that they can't do anything since they are a " pet friendly' place. I asked her if they were also a " human friendly" place and she hung up on me. Instead of addressing the noise, we had to pack our belongings to move to a different room. We then met with Noah Bell, manager of this location the next morning. He apologized and promised us 50,000 Hilton Honor points. He only gave us 20,000 pts. I have left him 3 messages and 2 emails. None have been answered.

Beware: as they do not honor Expedias claim of free self parking and the manager was happy to give absolutely 0 care about it! As if that’s not her job. The self parking is not expensive, it’s just the principle. Have a good day!
