Nothing! Staff and management were rude and un bothered by the way we felt and how mistreated we felt. That just that they were very unprofessional and boasted to us over abd over agsin thay they were a 2 star rated hotel and they didnt force me and my family to stay there. And if we wanted better service we should have paid 250 dollar more to get a better hotel because we are just a 2 star hotel. .I wasn't bothered by the renovating I was hurt by the fact that he gave us horrible rooms Room 133,135,137 knowing the condition of the rooms were uninhabitable. Room 135 was dirty and had black mold in the ceiling while rooms 135 abd and 137 was full of pet urine, whole in.the wall, tissue on our peep hole. Unfortunately we arrived in a Uber with our luggage we were there because my nephew was killed. So we checked in at 2 am entered our rooms and it looked normal to us so we went to sleep the next morning we relied that because of the condition of the rooms. So my husband went to for a refund. He charged us for that which i dont believe should of happened. After traveling we were exhausted also with everything dealing with my nephews funeral. Again we were not informed that the hotel was being renovated it was also not post on there page irrt told when looking online. This is was first time booking with a hotel with bad, and this is the worst experience I have had at Days Inn. If you are in the area because dont book here.

Room was disgusting, all rooms smell like smoke regardless of if they’re nonsmoking or not, our door barely closed, not good offerings got breakfast

Worst stay somewhere in a long time.

Over very poor quality. I looked like someone had busted into the bathroom while the lock was and tried to fix it. The paint in the corner of the room was peeling and moldy. Surprised there were no bedbugs and yes I looked for them.

Room was not clean whatsoever, bed sheet had a blood stain. Corners of room had cobwebs, nightstands had stains on them. Bathroom shower still had hair from previous guest. Overall the place isn’t awful but just know it’s not clean at all!

1st and ONLY stay

Bath tub/shower was absolutely nasty! Dirt cakes around thw tub on thw floor. The tiles in the shower were falling off and molded. The walls around the beds had “touch up” paint two toned! Two at service desk and one was very rude. Obviously didn't want to be there.
