Even thought this was a smoking room (I reserved a smoking room) it did not have that acrid smell of smoke. The room was wonderfully clean and well apointed. Everything worked as it should, I had a room with two beds. One had a firm mattress and the other had a soft mattress...nice touch

We got in late and just wanted to relax after driving a very long day. We went to pull in parking lot space and stepped out of car and it was like a lake water up over shoes. Finally get in room and into bed to prepare for another long day. TV did not work. Thus was very distressing it may nit seem like much but it put a bad spin on very long day thank you

The facilities are okay. However, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the soundproofing is terrible — I spent the entire night hearing the room next door — and at breakfast the milk was sour and the pancake machine was broken.

The rooms are always clean and well appointed...they are larger than the standard hotel room and are very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to meet the needs of the guests and insures a safe and pleasant stay.

Rooms need sever maintenance. It was staying in a low budget Vegas motel. People partying on the balconies drinking and and smoking, playing loud music. It felt unsafe. Cigarette butts all over the balcony and stairs. I would not stay there again.
