Staff was awesome. TV service needed a reboot. The young lady who worked over night helped with no hesitation to get it back up and running. The room next door smelled of weed. Faucets could use some maintenance, the shower could use some cleaning, otherwise the stay was comfy and quiet!

Perfect spot for our visit to the Charleston area with friends who live NE of the city. Convenient to the mall & restaurants. Unfortunately, also on the edge of some fairly sketchy areas, but the hotel property itself felt safe. Room was very nice.

Cancellation policy is the pits.

Hote was really clean, the condition was good a few things needed attention. 1st floor ice machine didn't work they dis have a cooler of ice tagt tgey would get ice fir you.the 3rd floor ice didnt give much. Outside hall door didn't work with key ( didnt lock) breakfast ok sausage all morning only difference was egg patties one morning. BIG reason we wont come back is the cancellation policy. Our third morning, there temperatures dropped 15°. We was there for the beaches, and the young lady informed me that they had a 24 hour. Cancelation policy, which would have meant we would have had to cancel the day before. That ruined the whole thing.So we had to go by clothes for warmth and made lemonade out of the lemons that was given to us.
