Layout & Notes:
Guests have a private entrance and exclusive use of the downstairs space, backyard, deck, and outdoor shower. The home is a duplex, with the owner residing upstairs. The upstairs is quiet and respectful of guest privacy, but light daytime footstep noise is possible, as is typical in a multi-level home.
Both bathrooms feature compact shower stalls, consistent with many classic beach homes. While the indoor bathrooms are cozy, the outdoor shower is a guest favorite and provides a more spacious option for rinsing off.
Pet Policy:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $175 non-refundable pet fee. Please be sure to select “traveling with pets” when booking so the fee is properly applied. This ensures guests without pets are not charged unnecessarily. Unauthorized pets will result in the fee being added to the reservation.
