Incredibly charming, this 1930's home has been lovingly preserved to give an old Charleston feel. Featuring a large kitchen, screened porch, private, fenced-in back yard and shaded garden. Inside, a gorgeous den and a built-in office nook. Downstairs, two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Upstairs is a master suite with one bedroom and one bathroom. Within walking distance from many of Charleston's hot restaurants such as Pelato, Home Team, Lewis BBQ and Edmund's Oast, XO and Babas
