I had a suite which was spacious. Had frig and coffee maker but no napkins or plates for food. No breakfast at the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Staff is wonderful. But the sound proofing needs work. I could hear conversations word for word in the room next to me through adjoining door which was closed. I was called at 10 pm and asked if I had kids because people below me could not sleep. I had literally walked from my bed to the bathroom and was watching ice skating quietly. The men staying next door yell talked nonstop and I had to hide in my bedroom as I heard them over the tv.

The room was very clean and smelled good. Liked the floor covering. Parking right by the hotel was very convenient. The registration staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the bar was not open because the bartender had died.

Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our 3-night stay was AWESOME! Each staff member that we came in contact with were friendly & professional beyond reproach (a special shout-out to Sidney for accommodating our sudden request with such grace, due to an unanticipated injury that limited my hubby's mobility. The change of room to be closer to the elevator was appreciated more than you'll ever know!). Our room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. It was also generally quiet with the occasional exception of the noisy upstairs guest(s). Due to other plans, we didn't get the opportunity to use the pool for swimming, but we did find a little bit of time to sit on the edge to hang our feet in the water & take in some afternoon sunshine. So peaceful! Unfortunately (by no fault of the property), the bar & restaurant were closed during our entire stay, due to the sudden death of the bar/restaurant employee the day prior to our arrival. 😢 So, we ended up having food delivered instead. The only real downside that we had with this property was the lack of ANY sort of on-site breakfast. Though we knew this before booking, we would highly recommend at least providing a Continental breakfast option in the future for the comfort of your guests. It would've been nice this time, especially since the bar & restaurant was closed (and that was one of the on-site amenities for why we opted to book at this location). For that, our overall rating really hovers closer to a 4. All in all though, we hope to return again sometime.
