This Folly Beach condo is the perfect spot for your next vacation! This unit offers you the perfect location for Folly Beach as well as the Charleston area. The condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is one king bed, one queen bed, and two sets of bunk beds. From the patio you can watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that Folly showcases everyday. You can even see dolphins swimming the Folly River! The condo is just steps from the complex swimming pool, tennis courts, and marina. The property sits on the Folly River and is less than a 15 minute walk to the Folly Beach pier and restaurants!

The view from the sunroom is beautiful. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The only issue we had was the sliding door took two people to close.

We loved our stay in Folly! This was the first time we have ever gone to the beach and not stayed on or very close to the ocean. I was worried about that but we ended up loving the view of the marina and water from the back porch and the drive to the county beach park was easy and perfect for our family. We enjoyed two trips to Charleston and a tour of the Yorktown. It was a wonderful vacation!

You will not regret staying at this unit. You walk out and see the water. The first day and last day we saw dolphins in the water. The pool is across the parking lot from the unit. Walk to the beach is about 15 minutes. Comfortable, spacious, and clean.

Rob is a very responsive host. Beds are beyond comfortable. Kitchen has what appeared to be new cookware in every size and for every purpose. Easy access to pool. Easy trip to Charleston, all types of shopping, and Folly Beach center. Watching the river and marina activity from porch of condo was nice.

Everything was just as described. Check in was easy, as was communicating with host. Unit is lovely, and well stocked. Nice view from back sunroom. People were friendly and it was quiet. It's an easy walk to Folly Beach. Short drive to downtown Charleston and out lying areas. We enjoyed our breakfast at Lost Dog Cafe on Folly Beach. We would most certainly stay here again.

We have stayed here several times and love it more each time we are here. Wonderful kitchen, comfy sofas and beds. The porch has a wonderful view and is so relaxing. We always see dolphins playing. Love this condo!

The bedrooms were cute, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and great access to the pool and beach. The slider to the porch got stuck often which we noticed when we first tried to open it. There was no GFI outlet by the sink in the master bath. Directions for the fan on the porch would’ve been helpful- we never got it to work using the switch and the remote. Overall a great location and unit.
