The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was professional and very helpful. We will definitely be staying at this Best Western again when we return to Charleston. The full breakfast in the morning is very good, although we weren't big fans of the egg like substance. The biscuits, sausage, and gravy really hit the spot. There is something for everyone. A really good variety of items. The staff was top notch. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, hotel was clean the food variety was amazing, great menu/options. The breakfast area was clean, staff lady at breakfast was attentive, friendly, kept area clean and replenished food. Staff at counter in the evening and morning were also friendly, talkative and hospitable. Will most definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever visited. The staff was excellent. The only drawback was the lack of hot water. The water was warm but not as hot as I’m accustomed to. We stayed at this hotel several times and I will stay again.

The room was clean, there was a oder i think was chemical, possible cleaning fluid.Breakfast had many options although th eggs were powdered and had no flavor. The waffles were good. There were several other option.

In my room I had two ladybugs that I had to kill, and I flushed in the toilet, and when I looked later on that day, two more appeared. When I was getting ready for bed, I pulled back the sheets, and it looked just like blood stains as well as my pillows where stained. I immediately emailed the manager with the pics and She try to accommodate me with another room, but I left because I was disturbed. I did not want to go into the hassle of packing up my things and going to another room. I was on a business trip and I contacted a friend to see if I could stay at their house. They welcome me even though it was last minute
