This flat boasts a unique lakeside location, opposite the site of the archaeological excavations of the knights-peasants of the An Mil period, a real journey into the past that you can discover at the Musée Archéologique du Lac de Paladru (MALP).
On foot, you can stroll to the Sunday market or do your shopping in the village on other days (grocer's, baker's, butcher's, chemist's, tobacconist's/newsagent's). Rue des plages, with its lakeside restaurants, is around 300 metres away. If you'd like to explore the lake, there's an electric or mechanical bike hire shop nearby, as well as the start of the cycle path.
Nature lovers will also appreciate the hiking and mountain bike trails accessible from the village of Charavines. In short, leave your car behind and enjoy your stay to the full.
In winter, the Chartreuse ski resorts are only an hour away from the accommodation, offering a great opportunity for a snowy getaway.

Completely renovated in 2024, this 31 m² flat is located on the first floor of a small village house. It features a cleverly designed main room with a living room, a dining area for four people and an open-plan kitchen. To keep you connected, a small television and Wi-Fi fibre access are available.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and washing machine. It opens onto a private terrace with an electric barbecue, ideal for a quiet meal for four.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe, providing all the comforts you need. A functional shower room with toilet completes the set.
For optimum comfort in all seasons, the flat is equipped with reversible air conditioning, guaranteeing a pleasant atmosphere in both winter and summer.
