We rent our home to families one week a year during UNC graduation week. We graduated from UNC and are excited to let you stay in our home while you support your grads. We leave so the home is all yours!

Convenient location in Chapel Hill

Charming, renovated farmhouse on private lot that was perfect for family gathering to celebrate UNC graduation. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The house has plenty of space and had everything we needed. It has a proper Southern porch for hanging out and visiting. Owner Eve left detailed instructions and was a great communicator.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
