Se aceptan mascotas, pero hay un costo por día de mascota que no estaba informado en ningún lugar, deberían comunicar claramente eso (aprox 12 usd por día). Lo mismo con el estacionamiento, cobran por día (aprox 2 usd por día) que tampoco está bien comunicado

Desrespeito com o consumidor

Reservei um quarto de casal através do site, com opção de escolha do tipo de quarto no momento da reserva. Porém, fui alocado em um quarto adaptado para cadeirantes sem meu consentimento prévio. O quarto apresenta problemas graves de infraestrutura: o banheiro não possui box por ser para cadeirante e o ralo é inadequado, causando alagamento que se espalha para o quarto. Precisamos secar constantemente o piso e usar várias toalhas no chão para conter a água. Ao reclamar na recepção, a única solução oferecida foi o fornecimento de mais toalhas (somente duas). Fomos obrigados a tomar banhos rápidos para minimizar o transtorno, o que comprometeu significativamente nossa estadia. Problemas identificados: Alteração unilateral do tipo de quarto reservado Falta de informação prévia sobre a mudança Problema estrutural no banheiro (alagamento) Ausência de solução efetiva por parte do hotel Se não havia disponibilidade do quarto reservado, o hotel deveria ter me informado previamente ou mantido disponível apenas os quartos realmente ofertáveis, permitindo que eu decidisse se aceitaria a alternativa ou procuraria outra hospedagem. Considero essa prática desrespeitosa e uma falha na prestação do serviço contratado.
