O café da manhã tinha poucas opções, e as opções não eram tão frescas, sem cadeirinha para crianças de colo. Não tem elevadores, e a escadas dificultam a estadias de casais com crianças de colo ou de pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O quarto estava limpo, com kits de higiene e toalhas, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, no entanto a vista não era das melhores, a qual sava para os fundos do hotel, que estava um pouco bagunçado. O estacionamento é estreito, e não recomendo para veículos mais robustos, tive de deixar estacionado na frente do Hotel, na rua. Em contrapartida o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente e a localização é ótima para quem busca opções no centro da cidade de Chapecó. Para o mesmo valor de diária, há outras opções para que busca por exemplo acessibilidade com elevadores.

Hotel antigo, mas razoável

Hotel fica em um prédio bem antigo, o quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, mas a cama era boa, jogos de toalhas bom, chuveiro bom, quarto estava limpo. Hotel bem localizado, no centro de Chapecó, o que facilita o deslocamento, especialmente para quem precisa resolver questões no centro. Café da manhã simples, mas com boas opções.

Atendimento maravilhoso!

O carisma e o ótimo atendimento dos funcionários é um diferencial nesse hotel. Senti falta somente de um frigobar pequeno no quarto. Hotel simples, muito limpo e com excelente localização pois é bem no centro perto de tudo.
