It has a renovated kitchen, bathroom, comfortable living room with smart TV and 2 sofa beds. It has a second bathroom with a washing machine. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and a comfortable veranda for relaxation. Fans and air conditioners are available on both floors. In the premises of the building there is a closed car parking space.
