→ 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (2.00 x 0.90 each, which can be combined to form a double bed) + AC + 1 armchair that converts to a single bed + mini-fridge
→ 1 Bedroom with double bed (2.00 x 1.60) + AC + mini-fridge + balcony with sea view and sitting area + en-suite bathroom with shower
→ 1 Bathroom with shower


Lower floor:
Each studio measures 60 m² and is laid out as follows:
→ Living room + sofa bed (sleeps 2) + TV
→ Fully equipped kitchen
→ 1 bedroom with double bed (2.00 x 1.60) + AC
→ 1 bathroom with shower


NOTE: It is also possible, upon request, to open another studio on the lower floor, which is identical to the one currently open, allowing for 4 additional guests to stay there. This closed studio is used by the owners only very rarely during the season and is completely separate from the villa, with its own entrance from the main road, so guests staying in the villa still enjoy full privacy



Depending on the property type you booked, the following taxes will apply:

March through October

€15 per night
