Wonderful place

We absolutely loved it the hotel. It is in a great location right in the centre of old town. The room is small but comfortable, lovely balcony, good size bathroom and comfy bed. There’s no parking near the hotel which we were aware of before we booked, however they sent information on where is best to park before arriving. And it wasn’t difficult to get a space with a bit of patience and was definitely worth it for the location. We just wished we could have stayed longer than 3 nights!

The room and the view from the balcony was so picturesque. The owner was very nice and I felt safe here as a solo female traveller. Despite being in a central neighborhood, it is on a pretty, quiet side street.

5 star stay in Old Town Chania

We stayed for 7 nights in Katerina Traditional Rooms and had a fantastic service from the start to the finish of our stay. The property is located in a quiet street in the old town with a few minutes walk from great restaurants and the sea front. We were made to feel really welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. There is a little balcony that allows you to sit and read in the afternoon sun. The bus station is only a short walk away which has buses to the airport and other parts of Crete. I would definitely recommend a stay at Katerina Traditional Rooms as it definitely ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday.

We booked Katerina Traditional Rooms by phone after I messed up with another hotel, and it was fortunate. Ioannis is a great host, very interesting to talk with. The location in the old city of Xania is amazing - atmospheric and convenient. Everything in the room worked well. The price was right.

Set in the heart of the old town, this charming place is in the prettiest street in Xania. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Great bookcase and quirky artwork.

Das Gebäude ist vermutlich im besten Viertel der Stadt. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet sobald man Zeit draußen verbringen will. Mitarbeiter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant nebenan Ela Taverne ist empfehlenswert. Golden Beach ist mit Bus erreichbar und traumhaft.

Lite ,men koselig hotell.

Hadde det meste vi trengte. Stort kjølskap med fryser. Savnet en vannkoker. Renholdet var bra. Servicen fra hotellets eier var av ypperste klasse. Gode restauranter i nærheten og koselige smågater med mange og varierte butikker. Sentrumsnært og fin rusletur til strand og matbutikk.
