House in the Heart of Chania

We are rent our house in the first floor at the city of Chania of Crete. From the center of the city its about 5 minutes on foot and from the Old Harbour its about 10 minutes also. The house has 3 bedrooms and could accept up to 6 people.
Also its has 2 bathrooms 1 living room and a kitchen with bar and dining room. The kitchen has all electric devices as plates, glasses with spoons and knifes etc.
The living room has 2 sofas and TV.
Around the house there is huge balcony to drink coffee or enjoy a drink in the evening.
There is also a parking lot for your rented car.
The house is about 20 minutes from closest beach in the Nea Chora.
Also the biggest beaches is about 5km from the Chania city as Stalos Beach, Aghia Marina beach, Golden Aktis beach and Platanias City.
In the other side of Chania city you can go to Rethimno city which is about 60 km and a Heraclion which is 140km or Aghios Nikolaos 200km.
