We had a perfect stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and helping us arrange taxis, checking in and out was quick and easy. The hotel is well situated in easy walking distance of the harbour, beach and shops. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived with our rental car, making sure we knew exactly where to go for the parking. The room was very clean and spacious with a smart TV. They offered yoga mats, which we took advantage of in the room. The breakfast was the best we had in Greece. I loved that they offered a to go breakfast box option if you needed to leave early one morning for an excursion. The location was great with just a short walk into old town. I would happily stay here again.

What an amazing hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the perfect location and spotless, beautifully maintained rooms to the exceptional staff. Everyone made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are comfortable and well cared for, and the location is ideal for exploring Chania. The breakfast every morning was exceptional and a big thank you to the cook who took care of those dishes.
