Great room, great staff, great l8cation for Chania town. Breakfast nothing special, building work all around the hotel, dust on the surface of the pool from building work, however, once inside the room there was no building noise evident. Fantastic sea views.

The view was amazing! The waves were right below our window and the sunset was beautiful! The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious! Free parking on the street and very close to the old harbor and restaurants.

Every was amazing except the weather, but can't blame the hotel for that. Sleeping with the slidding door slightly open was amazing as you hear the waves crash. The jacuzzi helped after a long day of walking. Overall amazing stay.

Our stay at Elia Sea Suites in Chania was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived, delivering true VIP-level service throughout our entire 7-day stay. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Arketa, who provided exceptional service each morning during breakfast. This property is beautiful! The view from our room was incredible, the sun set was right in front of us on the water every evening. The included breakfast was also delicious; I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk downstairs to eat every morning and the hours were great. Great location to walk places nearby. Love, love, love! I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Chania.

Wonderful stay in a good location

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing. Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect. Still, we would definitely stay here again!
