This was an amazing experience at such a lovely spot overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. We stayed in the Family Suite above Lithos restaurant. The extra cost even though we only needed one room/one bed was very well worth it. It was a bit difficult to find as we had to check in at Domus Renier property (their sister boutique hotel). This is entered through Zepos restaurant which is on the harbor. This part was not communicated to us so we had to call from the number given to us for Domus Renier an their concierge team helped us. If we knew to look for Zepos and find the glass door entry in the back of the restaurant, it would have made the check in more smooth as we walked the old town with our bags for quite some time looking for the Domus Renier property. The suite is lovely, well appointed with coffee and water, and beautiful showers, all amenities. We enjoyed having a drink and dinner in on the balcony the first night and just enjoying the ambience of the incredible harbor and all the late night activities. The noise down below was not heard once the windows were shut, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this suite again! The staff at Domus Renier were also amazing and so helpful with where to eat and how to tour the old town. Parking a car is definitely tough in this popular area, so expect to drive around for some time....

This was our favourite hotel on our European trip. Quirky and fun that the entrance is right in the middle of a restaurant, so you definitely have to follow directions to find it. The room is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Balcony opens right onto the harbour for the most incredible view. We shared the room with our two teen daughters and we had loads of space with two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Beautifully designed, clean and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

We spent three nights here as part of a longer trip. The Domus Fresco was a perfect home base to explore Chania and surrounding areas (don’t miss Samaria Gorge!). Morning coffee on the deck, watching the town wake up was my favorite! My husband loved the rain shower.

One of the best lodging options in Chania. The room was fantastic and you can't beat the views. The restaurant staff downstairs (independent from the hotel) was also very friendly and checked in on us as we came and went.

Second time of staying at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Great location, right on the harbour with the stunning views of the lighthouse. The 'white room' is lovely, although we think we prefer the other bedroom which also has the sea view and balcony (it is slightly more expensive though!). No complaints about anything - very happy stay. A great little hotel.

We stayed in the White room, which was simple and gorgeous, we had a super king size bed and fresh white sheets. Towels and sheets were changed regularly and the complimentary toiletries were very good quality products. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets to share. The room had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, air conditioning and a safe with wonderful views from the balcony. The shower was a huge walk in type with copious amounts of hot water. Chania inn is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Crete, the entrance is via Lithos Resturant, where the staff and food are also amazing. We loved every bit of our stay and will be going back

We loved our stay at Chania Inn. The room was beautiful with a magic view. We loved sitting on our balcony in the afternoon for a drink and watching the world go by. It can be noisy throughout the night with so many tourists but as soon as you close the door you don’t hear too much. Location was great walking distance to a lot in the area

Great location and very clean and comfortable. Only small issue is it can get a bit noisy being so close to the bars and restaurants. The windows have great sound proofing so would only affect the lightest of sleepers. Great stay
